Judge Sullivan oversaw the government’s case against General Flynn and refused to dismiss the case after both the prosecutors and Flynn’s attorneys agreed to drop it. This same insane and corrupt judge is now torturing Trump Supporters arrested after the protest on January 6th.
We learned over the past few years that the DC judges are as corrupt as those in any banana republic. They included the current Attorney General Merrick Garland, Judge Amy Berman Jackson who oversaw multiple fake Russia collusion cases, and corrupt Judge Emmet Sullivan, who oversaw the corrupt case from the DOJ against General Flynn.
Judge Sullivan refused to drop the case against Flynn when both the government and Flynn’s lawyers agreed to drop the case. After a review of the information in the case against Flynn by a DOJ Attorney in St. Louis, the recommendation was to drop the case. This was presented to Sullivan but he refused to do it. This went on for months until President Trump finally pardoned General Flynn. Now the corrupt Democrats say General Flynn needed to be pardoned because he was guilty.

That bastard was supposed to have retired in April. A Fox News article said he was going to take senior status, which would reduce his court load, and Biden would be able to fill his position on the bench. So if you retire from full-time court duty, and your permanent position is filled by another Judge, why are you still allowed to hear cases? Or has he changed his mind? He was 73 when the article was written in February. Is there an age requirement when you have to start receiving a Federal pension? Is he receiving a pension while still getting a salary for part-time government work? That’s illegal isn’t it? I know it is in New York State. You can’t have retired on a State pension, and then work for the State after retirement. That’s called double-dipping, and its illegal.
I’d like to see some firm data concerning who these detainees are and what they’ve specifically been charged with. The article mentions two, but I’d like to know how many there are and what their alleged crimes are.

There are people in Arizona who are being harassed by the KGB/FBI as part of this “insurrection” merely because they were there and STANDING ON THE STEPS OF THE CAPITOL.
I have it on good authority and the same authority advised me not to attend any rallies.
