Perhaps, especially if the Marshals Service produces the information.

Maybe this is just to increase the public scrutiny over past rumblings of Lolita Express flight logs, and perhaps if needed, law enforcement given the activities associated with Lolita Express destinations.

We'll see if SCOTUS itself raises Constitutional complaints against this.

For some reason, I don't think Justice Clarence "John, this is the end of democracy" Thomas would have any objection.

He and his wife vacation in an RV and associate with ~ gasp! ~ ordinary Americans! in RV parks and Walmart parking lots.
