It’s not very often you hear this kind of blanket honesty from a journalist about how even the simple image of an American flag triggers them.
On Morning Joe Tuesday, frequent guest Mara Gay from the New York Times admitted she was shocked at seeing dozens of “disturbing” American flags over the D-Day anniversary weekend. But what was really disturbing, was Gay likening our country's flag to racist, white nationalism.
Gay’s looney comments were spurred on by the panel talking about- what else? The need for a January 6 commission on the Capitol Hill riot.

Well, Mara Gay, I’ll break this to you gently: This is a free country and you’re free to leave at any time.
With so many people in my family that gave some and some that gave it all I find inconsiderate creeps like this disturbing. America love it or leave it.
God,love of country,heterosexual enjoying life,semi- normal families,real work and babies disturb many of them.

Funny. She’ll prattle on about how “insurrectionist” and “horrible” and a “threat to OUR democracy” the lamo Capitol protest was, as if like all liberals, suddenly she’s SO patriotic.
Then she reverts to her real “colors” and shows how much she hates this country.
And BTW, were any US flags BURNED or STOMPED ON and RIPPED APART at the Capitol protest?

I find it disturbing that she’s running around in public.
She was also upset about said trucks or other places with anti-Biden Signs on them talking about how that is also a problem, but apparently had no issues with the leftists holding a severed Trump had, or the “F&(k Trump” slogans and signs leftists chanted for four years
