Employer group insurance has limitations on claim auditing.

Only say 10 insureds per 1000 may be subject to claim auditing, even if audits of 10 randomly selected insureds found nine major claim abuses.

Employer group insurance is easy to rip off, and the medical business knows it.

Governments can legally track down government program medical fraud & abuse without limitation.
