Yes but these things aren’t though. They’re supposedly creating a bubble around them without natural resistance. That’s why they’re calling them Transmedium craft. Like moving interdimensionally or something.
Check out the latest video from the USS Omaha. The craft hovers off the port side of the combat ship and when it enters the ocean it doesn’t make a splash.
