Used to love debunking that In Search Of and other programs that would try to make ‘mysterious’ items from ancient times. Just because we do not know today about something, does not mean that it is mysterious, or aliens. When these shows would bring up Pre-Columbian artifacts and suggest a ‘mystery’ I would explain and describe exactly what they were. I had a double major of Spanish and archeology in college (before I realized that one cannot pay the mortgage with archeology). Most of the idiots talking about aliens were lazy or ignorant, or maybe both. This new discovery will be fascinating.

I loved that show as a kid.

It didn’t age well.

This reminded me of an In Search Of which showed something similar, still under water. The “stones” were huge, and I got the impression, natural, despite Leonard Nimoy’s fanciful suggestions.

The above picture with people walking on it looks like an exposed lava tube, or something like that.

If you really debunked them all, I would love to hear the explanation of the Nazca Lines. Not the spider, or the monkey, but the straight geometrical lines. People were doing something, but I sure can’t figure out what.
