The wife and I are always great full that we lived through some of America's best years and watched our accomplishments grow. I'm good to go now at 71 knowing I won't see the ultimate demise of our amazing Country.
Even with bad times, I've lived a full enriching life. Talk about a ride, I should write a book. Ha. "From the Streets" One man's perspective on life in America from his beginning.
You should really think about writing that book.

You were there. It would serve as a document of appreciation and learning. I may have a few books within me too, but most of them mean I must wait for certain characters to die off first.
