I recommend that you read the United States Constitution. The only way for Trump to become President again is by winning the election in 2024. Depending on State Election Laws, the election for other offices can be decertified and then the office can be declared vacant, requiring a special election or appointment of a person to fill the vacancy.
Biden can be removed only via impeachment. If he were to be convicted by the Senate, then the Deputy Fuhrer, Kamala Harris would become the President.
I probably read it 60 years or so before you were born, so sometimes I need prompting. Or as the guy said “I know more than I can remember’.
However we are approaching a national emergency the likes of which has not been seen since the Constitution was signed.
I am not a big believer in the Convention of States, but I can foresee this country being so screwed up by the time this mess goes through the courts, and that will not start until more audits are completed, that the Convention of States would make it possible for Trump to serve a full term. Maybe even a term and a half to get the following election on the right calendar.
Who knows?
However something is going to happen besides Harris. By the time the audits are completed, the people are going to be so sick of what is happening that they will do something and it will not be to tolerate another dim.
