The driver did so much right in this video that it’s a teachable moment. Dont stop, eliminate a threat that may shoot as you pass and don’t stop to evaluate your handiwork afterwards.He also swerved to make sure he clipped the criminal to take him out of action. If he'd missed, he could have been shot from behind. Eliminate the threat.

That was the most instructional part of the video. Most people's (myself included) first instinct would be to swerve to avoid, only to get shot (or your passenger shot) from the right side or from behind.
There's a lot to learn from this video.

Yes, those guys had to be in on it. I know that if I saw a guy standing in the street attempting a hijacking, I would not “render aid” unless I was one of his homies.Either that or they saw the opportunity to help themselves to his gun and wallet.

Nice follow through on the driver. He steered into the guy as he attempted to get out of the way. Whether it's swinging a bat at a pitch, a golf swing, a kick or a punch. Always follow through.
