I’m not sure it was planned, but it was certainly taken advantage of to the extreme. I’m now convinced the NIH deliberately prohibited exploratory studies on Ivermectin to both ensure more fatalities and to push for Big Pharma produced vaccines as the *only* solution. A “twofer” to destroy Trump and enrich themselves.
