sorry nh, this doesn’t make sense. sounds bogus. my bs meter is pegging. man, i hope we have some honest observers on this audit.
My first impression too. I would think there would be just as many folded dem ballots if not more. Republicans were not as afraid to go to the polls.
UN-folded mail-in ballots are ALL frauds, so they’re the ones we need to worry about.
There should be no such thing as an “adjudicated” ballot. If a voter can’t correctly fill out the ballot or 1 race on the ballot is not filled out correctly that ballot or race within the ballot is considered “spoiled”. It should never go to a third party to “correct” it. I was a former vote counter and those were the rules.
😆
There are lots of patterns that must be looked at. Am sure those doing the audit know that.
Your guess is correct.
I’m sure he did, but nothing will reverse it.
Nothing short of 1/2 of DC jailed. Or an outright war.
When my Grandfather was still alive he was a Republican.
This article is wrong as Windham NH did not use Dominion voting machines as has been discussed here many time in the past.
Amazing! And what’s more amazing is the the Republicans never seem to fight it very hard. Why?

Previous Study on AccuVote Voting Machines Like Those Used in New Hampshire Found Serious Flaws and Ability to Steal Votes with Little Risk of Detection
“A recent hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion-owned voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.”
“The Dominion machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans in Windham by almost exactly 300 votes or roughly 6% of their votes.”
“Dominion Voting Systems owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines used in New Hampshire.”
“A previous study found that the Diebold AccuVote-TS Voting Machines are highly unreliable and susceptible to fraud.”
Pure as the wind driven snow.
so in your experience is this a common problem? uncommon? unheard of?
I think it is a common problem. The machine can probably be run honestly, but in the wrong hands voter fraud can be catastrophic.
It is NOT a new problem. There is an art to laying out paper election ballots so they can be read accurately by optical readers.
In my opinion Dominion is among the worst, but not the only one. Soros has had his hands in this business a long time.
My wife of 47 years died in 2018, She and I had worked or oversaw local elections for many years. (I remarried a year ago, my new wife has not worked at the polls.) I was the precinct election judge the past 2 elections. I am familiar with some of the fraud techniques. Until recently our local election was totally hand counted. It is not a simple process if you allow straight party tickets. Texas recently stopped doing that, the people who vote did not understand what that did if they crossed over party lines on down ticket elections. That is where adjudications came in. It was intended to read a voter’s intent. There were some standards. I have worked elections in New Mexico and Texas. I lived in OK too, but don’t remember working the polls there.
At one time I was Republican County Chairman in a County in Western NM. Prior to that I was a city councilman in the county seat town (about 10,000 pop.) in that county. I’ve watched this a long time.
“A lot of fraud seems to be in the adjudication process”
Yes.
That and illegal or dead voters.
“There should be no such thing as an “adjudicated” ballot.”
That process is an outgrowth of dealing with straight party ticket voting option.
A voter would check the party and then farther down the ballot some would vote for candidate in another party. That would generate a double vote for some position on the ballot. The voters almost never understood that. So they put rules in place to adjudicate, read a voters intent. The State of Texas in the past election eliminated that option. You could no longer cast a straight party ticket vote. It solved the confusion problem.
That is where adjudication came from.
I understand where adjudication came from. In this state there is no adjudication (also no party ballots everyone gets the same ballot). If a mistake is made in a section that section is spoiled. If the voter simply can’t follow the ballot instructions the ballot is spoiled. No third party is allowed to correct the ballot or mistake. The ballots are fed through a ballot reader, then the “board of civil authority” hand counts the ballots by teams. If the numbers don’t match they are counted again until they do. The machine numbers must match the manual numbers or the error will be accounted for. This adjudication process is insane.
What is now called “adjudication” is Insane. It is also criminal and the most abused form of voter fraud today. The next most abused form of voter fraud is unaccountable mail-in ballots.
But when ballots were hand counted, requiring 3 separate individuals counting the tabulation of each ballot, and requiring all agreeing there was no question they were correct. I have done that job many many times.
We had 3 to 5 and if the tabulations didn’t reconcile the ballots would switch tables until the count worked out.
Yes. We are a small precinct. 1 reader and 3 counters were always the way we did it.
We did “adjudicate” if the ballot had voted straight Party ticket and we found where they crossed over down ballot. (cast double vote)
Since Texas stopped printing straight party ticket option, adjudication is NOT necessary. There are no double votes, unless someone crosses out a vote. Usually that should be handled as a spoiled ballot instead.
