The high and regular turnover in accounting staff is a sign of possible fraud that financial statement auditors and forensic accountants would note. Such a situation has been associated with frauds in the past. Doesn't prove the existence of a fraud but could indicate an area in need of further investigation. Often, these red flags turn out to be nothing but should be explored.
