I do trust my regimen of D3, C, Zinc, Magnesium. I firmly believe these are a godsend in that it has kept us/me from getting COVID and/or has significantly reduced my getting sick in November-January. Before taking the above, I would get sick during this timeframe for 2-3 weeks at a time, at least twice but have not gotton sick since taking these things.
