I watched the hearing via Zoom last week. This outcome was foreshadowed by the words and actions of the Judge. If anyone believe that our Judiciary will apply the rule of law and correct the criminal activity that occurred before, during, and after the 2020 election, you are dreaming and taking very heavy drugs.

The only course of action is to observe, take note, and make a statement at the polls during the 2022 election. If we can’t manage to do that, then we will become the slaves of the Left and will have to do whatever they decide to do.

I watched parts of that hearing last week, and also thought the judge was a hack. Too many are. DePerno will appeal, and hope this hack gets reversed, and doesn't preside again when the case is remanded.

The Uniparty's army of ghost voters won't fight when push comes to shove. The patriots will. These corrupt judges need to understand what they are provoking. History will judge them harshly.

so to sum up US Justice today, the more evidence of a crime you produce, the less likely you are to get a hearing against the criminal.

Some more palatable than others, but there ARE other remedies.

The broader issue with this election has been a refusal of the state and federal courts to permit private parties to bring suits as "private attorney generals" to address government incompetence, or misconduct in administering elections. So they invent equitable rationales like standing, latches, mootness, to avoid the legal issues. In MI, they actually passed a constitutional amendment to stop the judiciary from doing that, and this judge did it anyhow. He should be impeached.
