Michigan’s 13th District Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer made a big decision today about whether the 2020 election voter fraud case can move forward in the courts.
100 Percent Fed Up reports – Matt DePerno, the attorney for William Bailey, the plaintiff in the Antrim County election fraud case, was dealt a big blow today when Judge Elsenheimer squashed the lawsuit. DePerno has worked tirelessly to gather evidence of voter fraud. DePerno has uncovered multiple ways in which the election results could have been manipulated or compromised in the November 2020 election. ... Judge Elsenheimer ruled that Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Joselyn Benson can initiate any type of audit she wants to, so her limited audit after the 2020 election satisfies the requirement that any Michigan citizen can demand an audit of an election. The problem is that Attorney DePerno has uncovered numerous cases of irregularities that would require a deeper audit, and Michigan’s highly partisan Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has falsely alleged that she’s already performed an audit on the election in Antrim County.

In short, because the corrupt SoS claims to have conducted an audit, no one else can check her work, even when it is plainly flawed. If the legislature and courts refuse to address the fraud, what remedy is left to the citizens?

This is so obviously corrupt. These are high crimes.
It can’t be allowed.

It’s not HUGE. It was expected. Deperno already had an appeal ready. New evidence came in after Elsenheimer’s ruling. The new evidence has the Antrim County election officials manipulating the EMS to match totals. This is criminal.
Evidence continues to pour in daily.

If someone has the proof of fraud then all these people are simply incriminating the heck out of themselves.
The Problem that leftist followers have is that they believe that they are entitled to and will reap the same benefits and rewards of their leaders. They believe they are as well shielded from the law. They are not. The leaders are likely cutting deals as their wives leave them and their lives become shambles with all their money while these low level operators are being monitored carefully getting caught in the act of knowingly committing crimes regarding fixing a federal election
They’re hoping
Meanwhile People are so used to conservatives losing.

Attn. William Bailey should issue an FOI (Freedom of Information) on what conversations, written and verbal that Judge Elsenheimer had with Benson, prior to rendering a decision .

Right now I would settle for poetic justice, since we apparently are not going to get real justice.

So basically, the “judge” said that Michiganders have no standing and the media can declare that this proves there was no fraud. Just as we predicted.
The state senate needs to get involved.
To: Fightin Whitey
No, no, it doesn't. That really is someone peeing up your leg.
Do you mean that they didn't have voting machines in one county of PA rejecting ballots for Republicans only today?
Or maybe you meant that they aren't auditing ballots and election records in AZ?

The state senate needs to get involved.
That's the precedent from AZ. The senate should be the house of the legislature that takes a longer, less political view of upholding constitutional norms in government.
