Achieve that and a large portion of police forces, prisons, courts, even emergency rooms, will be unnecessary, and can wither away. The remaining crime will be on a scale that can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. And the People have it in their Power to make this happen, merely through self-control.

And I’d add they meyer kinda owes Tebow. He didn’t coach him up to be a NFL QB at Florida. He used the kid as a battering ram QB. Granted they won two titles but he didn’t learn how to throw for the NFL.
