Now it turns out there are four more boxes of ballots than were previously accounted for by election officials. How much other tampering went on while the cameras were “down” no one knows.

If those cameras were being backed up on a networok video recorder (NVR) or similar, compare the camera video one minute before the cameras went off and one minute after. Easy to see if something moved, was removed or added and at least two of the guilty parties are already identified.
