I'm not the dumb one in this equation. You want the government to be able to tell corporations what they cannot do in terms of hiring. If you're willing to have the government mandate who companies have to hire then why shouldn't you support the government telling corporations who they have to sell to? AKA, bake the cake.

I, on the other hand, do not like the idea of government interfering in business. I understand the purpose behind anti-discrimination laws but don't like the restrictions they place on corporations. I think they can be done away with by just requiring businesses to clearly state who they will hire or sell to and who they will not, and let the market take care of it. Same with vaccinations. Business wants to restrict new hires to vaccinated people then I believe that is their right so long as they clearly state it. People can decide for themselves whether they want to apply at Delta or fly Delta or anything else.

With the blessings of the court system...any/all employers could follow (or be forced to follow) the same protocol.

What then happens to employment prospects for those who don't feel like being guinea pigs to an experimental/rushed vaccine?

The media's job is to protect Xiden at all cost, meaning most information about side-effects, etc. will be white-washed/ignored(to the masses)if they feel it might do harm to their fellow dems/donors who currently control almost all the levers of power.

If Trump were still President the media would be screaming at the top of their lungs 24/7 that people are dropping like flies from "The Trump Vaccine".

...of course there are those of us who believe ALL of this was part of a master-plan to make sure...Trump is/was no longer President.

That violates HIPPA laws and the Americas for Disabilities Act. In addition Delta is in violation of International Law, the Geneva Convention and the Nuremberg Code. We learned this after World War II and what went on in the camps. All the experiments are a war crime. It may even violate the 1st Amendment.

Thus, it is crime to require new employees to participate in the human trials of an “experimental” mRNA gene therapy that bypassed animal trials and the gold standard (10 year process) of actual treatments. Oh and it is not a vaccine in the 1905 sense.

Let the lawsuits fly. Point the finger at the CEO and everyone from top to bottom that enforced this illegal mandate. When the company is tied down in litigation not only civil law but criminal it will have the current leadership replaced.

Boycott Delta and their medical tyranny.

The history of mRNA gene therapies over the last 20 years shows us NONE were approved by the FDA. This is because the animals died every time.

So when Delta’s employees start dropping like flies, and it is linked back to the mRNA.... Once the population realizes they are dying from this experimental mRNA gene in 2 to 5 years. They will get 10 years of life if lucky. Then the “I did not know” excuse is going to be no excuse. It’s the modern day equivalent of “I was following orders”.

No, if it's up to me the government cannot mandate to employers what their hiring practices must be. And if they do issue such mandates then I expect the courts would strike them down.

If corporations find that their vaccination requirement is costing them too many quality candidates then I would expect them to drop it. Regardless, the only way a scenario where employment prospects for anti-vaxers dries up completely would be if the government required companies implement the requirement. I would be as opposed to the government telling corporations that they must hire vaccinated employees as I am with the government telling corporations they can't.

Drop their BMI or quit, is that a valid choice?

Give up eating meat, drinking, smoking,...

Report for exercise in the company gym a certain number of hours a week or quit...

Oh, what a wonderful world.

I just feel we're entering into a very unprecedented slippery slope here, one that is based on an event(IMO)more deliberately manufactured...then an act of nature.

This is the actual text of the new question and answer on the OSHA website:
"If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?
If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related.

i.e. "You're gonna pay."
