I used to believe this before Jan 6, 2021.
AS far as i’m concerned, every last one of them that did not contest the fraud are rinos.
That’s a difficult decision for elected officials to make. They could see that there had been Democrat shenanigans, but they didn’t see any way that the reported results could be set aside for those that would make Trump the winner. The clock was ticking down. What to do? It’s easy to sit at home and say what they should have done, but not so easy to decide what to do when you actually have to take the responsibility on yourself.

I'm firmly of the belief that if a Republican isn't a RINO when they are elected, that they will eventually become one the longer they remain in Washington. You had people like Rand Paul, Marcia Blackburn and others, who were going to vote against certifying the election, but within hours, turned-tail, without knowing any facts about January 6th, and voted to certify. They are no better than the rest of the RINOS sitting in Congress. Gutless wonders, all of them.
