And yet they wonder why people discriminate against them. You have a problem in your culture and it’s up to you to fix it. Discrimination is a learned behavior and look what you’re teaching everyone. Until we see an honest effort by you to own up to YOUR problem and do something to fix it, I don’t see any benefit of throwing any more federal dollars at your problem.
