Why is it that even if our side gets a subpoena, when they are not complied with, the party/ies to the subpoena never get hauled out in handcuffs and thrown in jail. > : (

The legal process take a while to play out. People with money who know they did wrong can use lawyers to drive up the costs of litigation and try to run out the clock. It's what they do. The legislatures can step in any time they want, (as in AZ). Unlike AZ, most won't. That's why a finding of fraud in the AZ audit should start a domino effect and trigger more audits. Even in AZ, the legislature didn't send its Sergeant-at-arms to collect the ballots or jail the contemnors. People are being too nice, and letting the lawyers drag all of this out in the courts. In short, it is happening because there is overriding contempt for the sovereignty of the people.

I do not believe that is the dynamic.

The Media is part of the Progressive Left.

This is why the Left is so much more able to get away with violence and law breaking than conservatives.

If conservative jay walks, it is a national scandal.

If a progressive commits murder on TV, it is not their fault, but the fault of conservatives.
