Others have reported their local Costcos have been Nazis about masks.
I suppose it depends on the store owner/manager.
Our grocery chain, HEB, has been very relaxed on the masking, thankfully. Most stores, here, are...for the most part.
It broke my heart, yesterday, to see a few little kids masked up :-(
A friend of ours said they have a neighbor who makes their little ones wear the d@mn things when outside playing. Said they can hardly breathe and the masks look filthy, all of the time.
Can you imagine??? Look what the CCP/FRAUDci have done/*accomplished* with this nonsense.
