You would think that people of Portland would band together and make the law or politicians do something about it. This is happening every day.
They need 10,000 armed citizens to show up at police hq and the mayor's house and say " If you won't fix this, we will."
No, because this IS Portland. They voted their city government to Office and will do it again. They deserve what they’re getting.
