Am I reading that they’re not currently comparing signatures, but will agree to a 48 hr notice to Plaintiffs when they do?
Doesn’t exactly sound like a loss here, only that when they get around to it they will tell the Plaintiffs 48 hrs beforehand.
As I read it, they will tell the plaintiffs within 48 hours of making the decision to audit more signatures. So they could make the decision Friday at 5 PM, start ASAP and get quite a lot done over the weekend before disclosing anything at 5 PM Sunday night. That probably doesn't work so well because the Dems have observers present. Worst case scenario is that the Dems run to a judge for another TRO to stop it.

I heard they where going to the door of the voter and asking them if they voted? Signatures wouldn’t make any difference if that is true.
