BREAKING: Disaster at Arizona Election Audit, Senate Dems Settle Lawsuit by Removing Signature Verification

“After a lengthy lawsuit that saw the Democrats achieve few victories in their goal of stopping the audit of the 2020 ballots in Maricopa County, Arizona, they have reached a settlement with the firm involved in the audit and the Senate Republicans that will see the firm, Cyber Ninjas, cease verifying the signatures on early voting envelopes with the signatures on file from the voter,” the National File reported.

“With only 9 days left to go before the audit is set to be completed, signature verification will cease immediately,” the report continued.

Per the settlement, Cyber Ninjas “and their agents will not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file. The Senate Defendants warrant and represent that they are not currently comparing signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file, and will notify Plaintiffs within 48 hours of any decision to undertake such signature comparison and afford Plaintiffs 48 hours to respond to resolve any concerns.”

“If the parties cannot resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable manner, Plaintiffs may seek emergency injunctive and/or declaratory relief in court to seek compliance with the law,” the settlement added.

Last week, Donald Trump had weighed in on the Maricopa County election audit being allowed to continue after a judge declined to enforce a temporary restraining order.

“BIG victory today in Arizona,” Trump tweeted. “A highly respected Judge has just ruled that the Forensic Audit being done by the Arizona State Senate can and will continue.”

“Over 100 Democrat lawyers were sent to fight against this audit,” he continued. “The results will be very interesting for the USA and the World to see!”

“Why are the Democrats fighting so hard to hide the facts?” Trump added. “I know why, and so does everyone else.”

The Democrats are still fighting tooth-and-nail to “hide the facts” and prevent election accountability. And in Arizona, they have achieved another victory — not that U.S. voters should be surprised.

They said the haven’t even began comparing the signatures on envelopes with those in the voter registration database. I don’t see how that could even be accomplished manually.

I know in Nevada they had machines that could do it automatically in theory. However it failed to work because the pixel resolution of the signatures on photo IDs was not compatible with the machines.

I heard they where going to the door of the voter and asking them if they voted? Signatures wouldn’t make any difference if that is true.

If you’re really innocent?????

Try imagine a husband trying to prove he has not been unfaithful. He will only agree to be questioned if he will not be asked whether or not he cheated. It would be argued by Democrats/media, that no innocent guy would ever agree to be asked such a highly charged intimidating question.

Why bother? Just go ahead and accept that they cheated (Democrats/husband/whatever), and move on. We know they did.

I argue that signature verification will have no effect on the overall findings, beyond a stated scope limitation.

The fraud findings will be so massive, that Biden’s 10k vote ‘victory’ will be a footnote to the findings.

They are so very worried about this audit. I watch it online every day. The process is so well thought out and every detail is under HD camera, so if you’re arguing the process is flawed, bring it!

Audits o not provide total assurance, they provide reasonable assurance. The Audit Program I see being executed is superb.

I am a 23+ year auditor and am very impressed with what I see. The color coded attire keeps everyone on that floor in their lane. Brilliant!

Afraid of a little verification are they? I wonder why?

No I don’t.

Disaster is an overused word but I appreciate the sentiment. I’m out here in Phx., at ground zero. The local news is biased to the extreme. Lots of shenanigans are being pulled, so far to no avail.

I hope the Windham, NH audit will have the same level of transparency. Things are a little tense in NH right now.....

2. Dismissal of Claims in the Litigation. The Parties agree that they will
stipulate to the dismissal of the Litigation with prejudice and with all parties to bear their
own fees and costs upon the execution of this Agreement.

3. Release. Each Plaintiff releases Defendants from legal liability for all claims
that were advanced by that Plaintiff in the Litigation. This release does not include any
claim that is not currently pending in the Litigation or any claim that may arise in the
future.

This is fake. The audit director has said many times there are no deadlines to complete the audit. They have to close up shop for HS graduation ceremonies for a week - then they will come back and have the facility indefinitely.

...." unless they’d already collected enough evidence?"...

I heard they have many many voters that aren't registered to vote. Some of the precincts have over 100% voter participation, with one of them @130%.

Signature verification is the #1 thing the audit needs to look at.
