Can those who call whites and/or Trump supporters, ‘domestic terrorists’ be fired?

BLM/antifa partners scare the hell out of me, with the murders, arson, looting, attacking people in their cars, possibly just trying to get home or work. So I would call them terrorists!
There are whites included in BLM/antifa. WOW! spellcheck wants me to capitalize antifa. That makes it official. They are what they look like and do!
