That’s even more weird. Someone must be trolling them.
FWIW, after careful consideration, I have come to believe that Joe Biden is in fact this stupid. Worse, and what makes him dangerous, he believes he is smarter than anyone else.
It’s possible that Joe Biden gets some kind of rush from reduced oxygen levels while wearing a mask. And taking it off for a photo opp sounds very much like a politician’s life style.
I’m thinking it’s either a bad “official” Photoshop or the photographer was using a very odd lens on his camera.
Either way, I’m amazed that somebody at the Carter Center thought that the photo was perfectly okay to post.

As an old time former hairdresser, I find that just a great bother to keep it up, and keep the scalp healthy ..but at their ages, the dark hair, just makes it more fake looking....jmo.

Now, let me see...where have I heard that name before? Oh yeah, famous for her statement about people she looked up to, who had a lot in common, Mao Zedong and Mother Teresa.
