Now happening in liberal, once conservative northern Virginia, esp. in Loudon and Fairfax counties. Could spread to the whole state since our students, who were once leaders in educational scores, are now being dumbed-down to the point that most minority students except Asian are at the bottom 1/3rd of testing ratings.
