Remember this and tell others:
There are FOUR arteries that supply the head/brain. Two in the front half of the neck and two in the back.
If only one is cut, find it and pinch it. Actually reach into the wound and pinch it tight.
If necessary use pliers and tape.
The other 3 will make use of the cross-over arterial network in the head and keep the man alive.
Only a vascular surgeon should remove the pliers.
That is only if you want to save the person’s life. If you want them to die, do nothing or step on their chest.
