Her problem is that she knows she has an extremely unlikeable personality (too intense and self-impressed) and she tries to compensate by injecting a lightness (read humor) into her delivery.

Such a strategy can sometimes work for certain people.

But not for her.

Hillary tried the same thing...to no avail.

What I find even more unpalatable is when she is trying to be sincere and compassionate. She always overacts and looks like wide-eyed a middle school girl giving a speech on how to solve the problems of the world. Is it possible that she is even dumber than Joe Biden?
