The House races are directly controlled by the Federal Contested Elections Act, and that enabled Committee on House Administration has never lost, because the Democrats were always in power when it has been used to unseat Republicans.
Note that in Iowa, Hart withdrew at Robotox's behest -- she never 'conceded' to Miller-Meeks. Notably, Hart's payoff job hasn't been named -- yet.
In the Senate, contested elections go to the Rules Committee and they do it old-fashioned style, basically like an impeachment with evidence and witnesses and the whole ten yards.
As she was seated without specific objection, unseating Effie Trinket would require first, the Rules Committee challenge, then the Rules Committee releasing a recommendation to expunge, then a 2/3rds Senate vote to remove, whereas the House only requires a majority vote to affirm the recommendation of the Committee on House Administration.
Had that pinhead McSally done it right and challenged the election as the freaking incumbent, then she still would have lost a straight-line vote from the Rules Committee recommendation to 'not seat' Effie Trinket, but at least Trinket would be an absolute usurper of the seat.
