Problem solved. A piece of paper that says that it is unlawful. Will it go farther? Who will obey and who will uphold the law?
That illuminates brilliantly the folly of this type of feel good legislation. As an example, we know that it is against the law to stab or try to stab other people. And yet, there are people who couldn't care less and they'll use a knife to assault someone if they damned well feel like it. Similarly, tough laws can be passed to punish people who assault Asians. So, will those laws be enforced when the suspect is black? I'll believe it when I see it.
