I would venture to say that if you think killing and starting a race war against whites is a good idea .... then maybe you haven’t looked at some basic numbers. Like:
What percentage of the population is your side vs whites
What percent of whites are already armed
etc
You might want to do a re-think

Those that can are retiring, some move to other cities where they are appreciated by the locals, and no one is lining up to replace them....
More and more unqualified people will eventually get hired and put on the streets with minimal training and make the situation worse...
I wouldn’t be surprised if some of those retiring aren’t replaced due to lack of funds.

Last year I had two guys - both from Mexico - deliver a fridge to my home. They saw my kid’s Airsoft rifle and we started talking guns. Then they brought up the defund the police nonsense. They were laughing about it, and the older guy said, yeah if this keeps up it will end up like Mexico, where you don’t exactly get the cream of the crop candidates and you end up with a corrupt, lousy police force. A bunch of thugs, for the most part.
They said they were stopping on the way home from the day’s work to pick up more ammo.

In NYC they were a subway ride away; many of those people left when the WuFlu came, and many won’t be returning.
Years ago there was talk of extending a commuter train line from NYC to Newark NJ farther to the west (into wealthy towns); they stopped the discussion dead in its tracks - there was no way they’d have the ferals taking trains into their towns and driving their stolen cars and bicycles back into Newark. Many also prevented new highways from having exit ramps in their towns, for the same reason.
