Correct. The police need to simply adopt a practice of not responding to any calls that might bring them into enforcement action against blacks. Many inner city areas should become no go zones and people need to understand that they need to solve these problems themselves or call the local gangs, but no more police action against blacks because it has become a no win politicized disaster.
