Great video's at the link.

This is a huge step forward for the State of Florida and an example for the rest of the USA.

The Anti-Riot Law, is now officially the law in Florida.

Most Americans are ignorant of the fact that up until the 1960s, many states had civil liability laws requiring cities to compensate private property owners whose property was damaged by riots. It is considered “inverse condemnation” under eminent domain laws.

Policing is government work, and allowing riots is ultimately a government / political decision. Property that is illegally “taken” through riots therefore should be compensated by government.

When progressives took over American government, particularly American cities in the 50s and 60s, these laws were eliminated.

Best governor in the country bar none. If Trump doesn’t run, hopefully everyone quickly coalesces around D-money so that we’re not left with some establishment stooge.

Brilliant legislation. That law should be widely copied throughout the land.

Wow - a law that’s for the American people instead of for the terrorists.

I hope other states will follow this.

Every time we protest we do it at the state capital building or capital building in DC. Not in the streets-—that’s not protesting, that’s civil disobedience.

Good. In some localities, innocent people who were surrounded and attacked by street savages and who tried to get away to save themselves, were prosecuted.

When you are surrounded by a pack of angry subhuman savages, you have a right to drive away to save your life. That right cannot be taken away. If a pack member is in the way as you drive away, you are not responsible for the consequences.

Since we know who attacks innocent people, and who the innocent people are, (remember Reginald Denny?), we also know that the left wants the rioters to attack the innocent people, and so the democrats are complicit in their crime.

I was talking to a big city cop on the train platform about this. He said if the rioters are harming the car and posing physical threat, hit the gas.

Civil Immunity is a step in the right direction but they need to give drivers in those situations reward money for new rioters and the bond money for any that are out on bail.

Now will any other states with republican controlled legislatures and a republican governor show the testicular fortitude necessary to do the same? Or will they kowtow to the mob instead? Thank heaven for politicians in Florida who have the courage to stand athwart the mob yelling Stop! at a time when no one else is inclined to do so. I am thankful I live in Florida!!!
