I expect Justice Thomas is the only reliable one who is willing to stand up against open borders.

The others will be speed bumps, if not greased skids.

If we’re down to one justice, does that justice automatically transition to Chief Justice? If so, congratulations are in order to Chief Justice Thomas.

OTOH, we may still have two - Justice Alito.

All the others are guilty of Treason, having performed their role in a diabolical Treasonous 11/3 election.

So much for packing SCOTUS; the truth is SCOTUS needs to be un-packed, down to 1 or possibly 2 justices.
