When the integrity of NH elections are questioned… there should be no compromises made regarding transparency when seeking answers. None. Election integrity issues should be resolved in an open, public process for all to observe.

Unfortunately, it appears the Windham Board of Selectmen do not agree....

Under NH law it is hard to see how the selectmen can justify a non-public session. I have never seen a situation where a board of selectmen can go to non-public session to in essence award a contract.

I'd like to see the rationale for this one.

Windham is close to the MA border and an easy commute to Boston so you get a lot of MAssholes fleeing the high real estate prices in their state but bringing their wacko liberal values with them.

Not just Massholes, a friend in the Portsmouth area relayed a story to me of a NY or Jersey couple offering a bid of 70% above market value in cash for a home that wasn't even on the market.

Agreed. As a NH Ballot inspector (5 yrs), that’s the rule. recounts are to be done in public. For that matter, the same goes for counting the originals.
