How is this fake news? Is the video doctored? Is there something that’s missing?

How do you know that? And it's not as if we haven't seen similar stuff before. A year or two ago, an eleven year-old "drag queen" was strutting around suggestively on Michael Strahan's national TV show. I saw the clip myself, and I've seen others that are similar.
