The problem with this lawsuit is (as far as I know) James O’Keefe doesn’t have video of Jack Dorsey naming James O’Keefe or Project Veritas specifically. Jack Dorsey has said publicly that there will be censorship but he doesn’t mention James O’Keefe in his public statements.
I don’t know what evidence he has, but someone told Stetler and Cabrera - sure they will try to “protect their sources” but if their sources lied there is liability somewhere.
