Not to justify the shooting, I have no idea if it was warranted or not, but I have to ask what was 13 year-old Adam Toledo doing out at 2:38 in the morning with a 21-year old man?

There’d better be a gun at the scene. I’m not saying that the cop didn’t have reason to believe the kid was an immediate threat...it’s dark...but I hope there’s a weapon.
