Didn't see a gun - the kid turned toward the cop with his hands up in the air when the cop fired. The cop instantly knew he shot the kid by mistake.
I did see on one of the other cop videos something that looked like a gun about 10-12 feet away on the ground near the fence, on the back side, it's possible the kid threw it away before he turned to the cop.
That was what I thought I saw, as well, but can’t be sure. Other than that, it looked like the police officer had been driving for about a minute and a half, with only one hand at a time on the steering wheel.
