Agreed. The USCP who offed himself (white) unironically has a very similar side-on profile, but the bracelet is absolute evidence. The terrible truth is a special prosecutor could order that scene recreated with doofus wearing his bracelet arranged exactly so, same suit, same gun, and order the jury to be present while doofus ranged his aim as he did in the video.
