At least they seem to take this seriously. I’m still dumbfounded that there were very few attorneys, totally unprepared, to defend Trump and the Republicans during this election cycle. The excuse that some attorneys didn’t want any part of it is very lame, as there are surely plenty of attorneys up there competent and capable of defending the president and Republicans. Personally, I think they were going cheap or OK with the loss.
The clients of major law firms threatened to leave if they defended Trump. Also lawyers and their families were personally threatened. The rats are lawless and fearless...meanwhile the GOP back stabbed DJT and snickered at what he was going through.
There are almost no decent people in DC - or in either party anywhere. Our system was designed to be run by people with integrity - something that no longer exists in DC with only a few exceptions.
