The backbone of the Arizona Republican Party is again being put to the task, as is our legal system, judges and prosecutors, etc. If we cannot prevail in this blatant insurrection and criminal behavior, why even bother with elections anymore.......which is what the Democrats hope will happen.

Too late. The court determined that the state legislature had legal oversight of the ballots and machines.
Why would they want to stop an audit? What could possibly be wrong with verifying a free and fair election in which nothing was rigged?
I can’t wait for the media spin to tell us how bad it is to do an audit.
Just the fact that they are fighting an audit would indicate guilt.
They conducted an unconstitutional election with all sorts of ineligible ballots and they KNOW IT.
It doesn’t take the sharpest knife in the drawer to figure this out.

At least they seem to take this seriously. I’m still dumbfounded that there were very few attorneys, totally unprepared, to defend Trump and the Republicans during this election cycle. The excuse that some attorneys didn’t want any part of it is very lame, as there are surely plenty of attorneys up there competent and capable of defending the president and Republicans. Personally, I think they were going cheap or OK with the loss.
It’s almost as if the democrats have something to hide.

The clients of major law firms threatened to leave if they defended Trump. Also lawyers and their families were personally threatened. The rats are lawless and fearless...meanwhile the GOP back stabbed DJT and snickered at what he was going through.
There are almost no decent people in DC - or in either party anywhere. Our system was designed to be run by people with integrity - something that no longer exists in DC with only a few exceptions.
The lawyering effort is tacit proof that the fraud is massive and the lawyers are there to try and stop that criminality being exposed. Evil lawyers, soulless enemies of we the people.

BEING A LAWYER for any Defendant in the above

The AZ Legislature passed a law, well before the 2020 election, that NO ONE BUT A RELATIVE could turn in a ballot for someone else. A JUDGE put a stay on the Law, so it didn’t curb the fraud in 2020. THAT is why there is a Pillar #4.

Any election that is not auditable is illegitimate. Filing suit to stop an audit makes it officially illegitimate and would be grounds for a new election.
