Lindell has no standing to bring a petition for a writ of quo warranto in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Others do, and they must bring the petition. Someone will file for the writ. Delays in auditing the ballots in AZ, GA and elsewhere may be the explanation for the inaction.
But hey, I'm no strategist...
