Soros-backed Kim Gardner officially loses her bid to stay on the McCloskey case after being removed from the case in December.
We reported in December that the George Soros-backed St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner was removed from the McCloskey case after she was caught fundraising on the incident.
...
The McCloskeys were singled out by the Soros-connected prosecutor when they protected their property and their persons from a mad riot of BLM protesters last summer.

Now let her be sued and prosecuted for what she has done.
Multiple issues.
Drop the damn case NOW
Good. So now the case should be dropped.
Teensy victories are about all we seem to gather, these days.
She’s got chutzpah to want anything to do with the McCloskeys. She is likely to lose her license and get her shorts sued off.
What an evil POS.
Removed from the case? Remove her from office; put her on the next Musk shuttle. She’s an unindicted felon for tampering with/creating evidence against the Mac’s.
Ms. McCloskey, you are no longer useful to my father’s organization.
I agree but of course that is unlikely. Also, St. Louis just elected a radicalized BLM cop-hating fiend yesterday. This witch already trashes the majority of warrants from the STPD. I’m sure that these 2 will get together and make a hell of a dent in law and order.
“Remove her from office”
does she have immunity from prosecution?
Yup- sadly-
St Louis seems to be a lost cause- Can’t beleive voters voted her back in- or the creep cop hater-
Prosecutors have absolute immunity for their official acts. Not qualified, absolute.
Its time of charge and prosecute Soros.
> chutzpah
That’s not what I would call it.
Corrupt demonic communist low-IQ insanity perhaps.
> St Louis seems to be a lost cause
Trade it to IL for some territory in southwest IL.
And I am not kidding.
I'll bet the demon is allergic to helicopters...
