His weird fetish of getting right in somebody’s face is REALLY gross and offensive. He has no sense of personal space and violates it all the time. He is just a disgusting creature.
A person I work with is like that, no sense of personal space and even with COVID stuff and after I have told him NOT to get in my space, and told him to “back off” on several occasions.... he still does it. I believe it is bullying behavior.
