This was a very serious consideration of a dear pureblood family member who needed a rather significant post-surgery transfusion in the recent past. There was understandably no way for her doctors to know the source(s) of all the donated blood.

They assured her that the MRNA injection (into the arm of the donor) is quite fragile itself and there was absolutely no difference between blood from a fellow pureblood or from someone who had been jabbed a few weeks prior. That provided her great comfort and peace of mind since she is of childbearing age.
