Corporate socialism is simply, fascism. Corporations and civic institutions are coopted to support the state and it’s politics. In turn, they are given monopolistic/oligopolistic advantages.
This was exactly how the system was described in the regime set up in Italy under Mussolini. Corporations would rule each of their segments of the economy, as cartels, and the state would “wither away”.
More or less how the corporate structure was described in Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged”.

Corporations will either serve their globalist interests, or be made to serve the national interest.
