10 years in jail minimum for all these assholes. There wasn’t a “mistaken” oversight. Somebody is on the Chinese payroll on this end. Hell, the manufacturers have 150-170 communist party members woven in their management/research.
Plus, this subject has been on the radar since around the outbreak time.
Two things here:
1. It seems like you need a review board....to oversee the current HHS Review Board.
2. Someone needs to dismantle the money-grant apparatus and limit it to only US concerns, within the border of the US itself.
